married status bug, I enter married in profile status, but I got an error saying I did not provide

In the review, asking me to fix this error: 

You have indicated that your marital status on December 31, 2022 was either married/common-law or widowed, but have not confirmed if you were living with your spouse or common-law partner on December 31, 2022 or, on the date of death.

Spend so much money on the software, This is insane, so hard to find help or report bug!

They are saying that you forgot to answer the question "confirmed if you were living with your spouse or common-law partner on December 31, 2022".  

Please make sure you answered it and continue.
