Medical expenses doubled in the tax file

I received a notification from Revenu Quebec that the calculation for medical expenses in the tax file sent took twice the sums that I entered.

This happened in 2021 and 2020 tax files. So this affects my tax return calculation.

Has someone already seen this event ?
