My husband and I used to be self employed. He is now retired and I no longer have my business. Should I fill out the tax form for self employed?

I'm not self employed now but I still have business losses I can claim. Should I use the regular tax form or the form for self employment?

No, you don't need to use the self-employment form if you no longer have a business. The loss will still exist, and be applied to your other income, or carried forward 20 years.
