Navigation window

I've done my son's return on Turbo Tax 2019 no problem, but I've started another one, and the navigation window that extends down the left-hand side of the screen is not highlighted; that is, if I click on, for example, 'Dependants' it does not recognize that I've done that.

Can you please log out of TurboTax and log back in to see if that issue solves itself. Thank you.
