Need help loading CRA forms

TurboTax Canada for 2021 connects to CRA, loads 4 of the 9 forms that are there (such as T4, T4RIF, T5) and provides error code ATR-102 "limitation in the number of slips"  This is nuts.  How do I get this fixed?  I need to load all 9 T-slips.  The product is Home and Business Canada.

I did.   The helper person could not figure it out, did not escalate it, and told me to enter everything manually.
