Net Federal Tax (Box 40600) does not equal Federal Tax line (Box 42000) even though all credits are zero

It appears that the problem is with the unused RRSP contribution from 2020 brought forward into 2021.

When I change the unused RRSP contribution on the Carry Forwards form to zero then the Federal Tax and Net Federal Tax are equal again.

Do I need to override line 136?
