Netfile Error T3 entry

Turbotax, you have let us down ENTIRELY on this. I got the T3 error when netfiling.  I had to the leave box 52 empty, total in 53. but I noticed that my tax owing went up.  Netfiled anyway as I am beyond frustrated at this point due to Turbotax not fixing this.

1) April 29th, should not have received error for T3 due to Capital Gains rule being cancelled,  T3 entry should not have allowed the box 52 and 53 mess.

2) Turbo Tax still calculated my tax as higher with the box 53 even though I don't make $250k. Why?

3) T5008 entry, still asking for capital gains incurred after June 25th and I presume higher taxes paid because of this! I dutifully put the transactions into the program,. WHY WASN'T THE SOFTWARE FIXED????

HOW DO I AT LEAST GET MY MONEY BACK AS IT WILL TAKE ME HOURS TO FIX THIS!!!!

I am hoping that the CRA will fix this (yeah right) when they do my assessment.

I am really looking for an explanation on why this hasn't been fixed.  I know Ottawa caused all of this but there is no reason why this wasn't fixed.  Using Standard Version.  Did you only fix the expensive ones?

Netfile Error T3 entry

@DouglasM Even though the new capital gains rate has been canceled, the second period is still part of the official CRA forms and slips, so can't be removed.

If you originally entered your capital gains amount only in box 21, then the amounts were not going to Schedule 3, which where the T1 gets the info from. So, nothing on Schedule 3 = nothing on T1 = T3 income not included in your tax calculations. Once you put the amount in Box 52 and/or Box 53, then your T3 gets added to your income. Both Box 52 & Box 53 use the old 50% capital gains rate, as does the T5008.
