I have tried all methods i have seen in the community. I only have one T2125 form and it has perfectly good address. I re-entered it, removed every space etc. Also modified my business name and postal code. But this problem keeps occurs and I tried for 3 hours. This is very frustrating and this issue still remains unsolved even in 2024...... I called the service line but there's no one there (might because it's too late in the night)
When you can phone support, tell the computer you want to speak to an agent. You may have to repeat yourself. Then when it asks if you if you want a text message, say no. It should then start asking you for your phone number and other info needed to transfer you to an agent.
