Netfile Fix it message - T3 requirement

I get the following Error - but I erased all my T3 entries and the error still exists when I try to Netfile

You have entered an amount of foreign capital gains included in Box 21 on a T3 slip but have not entered the total capital gains in Box 21, or the amount of foreign capital gains is greater than the total capital gains entered in Box 21. Alternatively, you have entered an amount of tax withheld on foreign non-business income attributable to foreign capital gains included in Box 34, but have not entered the total foreign tax on non-business income in Box 34, or the amount is greater than the total entered in Box 34. Verify and correct the amounts.

If on your T3 you don't have any capital gains apart from foreign capital gains, you should enter the foreign capital gains amount in total capital gain. If you have both capital gains & foreign capital gains, then you have to enter the total of both foreign capital gain and other capital gains in Box 21.
