NETFILE Québec error T3C0011T – Resident spouse with SIN 000 000 000

Hi
I do not have my ex spouse SIN # for the Quebec taxes and I will not be getting this information for the upcoming years. I entered 000 000 000 and it worked for the federal taxes. 
I tried the suggested fix from the FAQ but it did not work.
What should I do?

The 000 000 000 should only be used if your ex-spouse doesn't a SIN number. If you have previous tax from when you were together, their SIN should be on those. You may also be able to find it on other documents, like a mortgage or joint bank account application.
