Using basic as I have in years past and only have T4A (p) with disability and CPP benefits. Have pulled information into the form from CRA My Account. Get to the end and it says an error with not filling box 21 and 23 for number of months. The CRA form in My Account shows 12 in box 21 and nothing in 23. The "Amendment" slip I received has both boxes empty. I have tried both of these and still will not fix. So frustrating as it should be a quick process.
If you received disability, you should have a dollar amount in box 16, and a number of months in box 21. If you received CPP pension, then you should have a dollar amount in box 14 and a number of months in box 23. If you received both disability and CPP, then all 4 boxes should be filled in.
