I have tried to submit a federal tax return via netfile. I have entered in the appropriate Netfile access code and is now asking for an income figure but there is no box available to put that information. why is this happening?
Can you please provide more information about your problem? What is the exact message that you are getting? Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online?
