Yesterday I filed the taxes online. My return passed netfilinf, but my wife's - no. Today I tried to repeat - no again. The explanation is the same: cra error code 21, password doesn't match. I didn't file any password leaving it with sample N554LV2W. What to do?
Since the code is not mandatory, you can also try filing your return without the code. Please delete anything in the box and clear your cache/cookies, sign out of the return and restart the computer.
If you wish to enter your NETFILE Access code, itis made up of 8 numbers and letters. Please double check that you have entered the full code and that it matches what’s on your Notice of Assessment for the last tax year.
