I purchased the online version from Amazon and went to turbotax.ca/activate. It brought up the screen welcome to turbotax let's get started and I clicked on already have an account. It brought me to the sign in which I did and then it took me back to the welcome to turbotax screen again but asked me again if I already had an account or create a new one. Would not allow me to get past this to the step 2 activation process for me to put in my product key. Just kept sending me back to the sign in screen and then back to the first page asking for a sign in. Getting pretty frustrated. Always used the CD version in the past but got a new computer that doesn't have a CD drive.
