I've been using Turbotax for 10 years or more and this is the first time I have a serious issue with their software and I can't find any support link on their website. If there is a support link it is cleverly buried deep.
I use Turbotax for 2 reasons only. To file online and to have all my information downloaded from the CRA and Quebec government. This year for some reason, the Quebec transaction returned 0 data and issued an error message from Turbotax that I had never filed electronically before - although I've done this 10 or 15 times for myself, my wife, and my son. So I go back to redo it and it skips automatically to my wife. I try to go back to my T4s etc, it says enter information for me, and then it skips right back to my wife. Absolutely no clear way or no way (possibly) to get back and resubmit my T4s. Unbelievable.
