Hi, I am trying to file my 2020 Tax return through TurboTax.ca. Last year I filed my tax through TurboTax and therefore I have an account.

Recently I moved to a different place and my old phone number is not working.

I am trying to open my TurboTax account but it is not opening. I need to file my 2020 tax so please help me

If you are trying to login to TurboTax Online, please try using this page to recover your account information: https://ww1.2020.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca/recovery

You can try with your email address if you no longer have access to phone number on the account.
