Not recognizing a european phone number. I live in Europe

I live outside Canada. It asks for my foreign address, which I provide. It will not accept a foreign phone number.

TurboTax won’t allow you to input anything other than a Canadian or US phone number. If you have a phone number from another country, just don’t include it. The CRA will contact you by mail.

Please note that if you are trying to sign up for Assist & Review or Full Service, they can’t call numbers outside of Canada. They also can’t help with Non-resident or expatriate returns.

would it be possible to do the full service through email? or is it impossible to receive service from europe?
