I piad $200 full premier filing. Someone filed my returns, somehow intuit rolls over last year "foreign income" preferences-> deletes my old returns, and opens new filing and stuff. Customer support is terrible --> I've been routed to 4 calls already --> same screenshare, we'll fix this. Hang up, file will close and you'll see the filed returns. But I don't see it! No one is willing to provide a formal case ID and open a bug for the technical developer team!
Unfortunately, I can't see any of your returns. If you are having an issue with a Full Service product, I can ask someone from their team to contact you.
