On line turbo tax software for 2017 won't open when I double click on turbo tax 2017 icon. Can you fix the problem?
TurboTax Online doesn't make a short cut on your computer. Instead you would use your web browser to go to the following website and login through there. https://ww2.2017.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca/
If you are trying to open the CD/Download version of TurboTax and it won't open, you may need to reinstall the program.
