On my 2081 return the program failed to record my Manitoba Education Property Tax Credit.

My records indicate that my 2018 return was completed and included the Manitoba Education Property Tax Credit.  Yet in checking the PDF copy there is no record of it.  CRA has now sent me a reassessment notice.  Can I just refile 2018 again?
