When are your programmers going to fix this !!! it has been wrong for 4 years now and there have been lots of posts about this on the community.
This will be the last year I use TurboTax
If you're talking about TurboTax Desktop, the ON479-A does work.
If you're using Forms mode, you can click the spots to add or remove the X next to whatever option you need at the top of the form. Putting the X next to 2A, will automatically add the spouse's income, if you're doing a joint return.
If you're using EasyStep Mode you'd just make your selection on the page, and then TurboTax Desktop will add the needed info onto the form.
Thank you! I did find that . It is certainly not intuitive and I don’t understand why that section is required and not automatically populated
