online is not working

Hello for the last 3 days I have been loggin in and getting this error. Unable to finish entering my taxes.... why am I getting this message and when will it be resolved. I need to file my taxes. 🙂

I have been having the exact same issue using the deluxe product but am able to create another tax form for my son without an issue!
