2023 Download version does not provide any provincial income tax schedules for a particular return where individual is not a resident of Canada on December 31, 2023, but was a deemed resident of Canada for 2023 (lived and worked in Canada for more than 183 days).
Deemed residents of Canada are not subject to provincial or territorial tax and cannot claim provincial and territorial tax credits. They are subject to federal tax only and pay federal surtax instead.
