Over-riding CCA amount in form

Turbo Tax suggests that I over-ride the amount of CCA in order to use more of my non-refundable tax credit. When I attempt to do so it will not let me. I have tried the column 7 suggestion mentioned elsewhere to no avail?

In past years Column 7 was the CCA for the amount of CCA being claimed for the year, but that changed in 2018. For 2018/2019, you must make your override in Area A - Column 12 for each Class of depreciable asset. Column 12 is now the amount of CCA claimed for the year.
