Pennsylvania state tax bugs encountered so far

Generally the state tax modules have been getting a bit better year by year, but a few steps backwards this year so far.  

Module: State Tax Return, Pennsylvania

Error 1

Function - File an Extension, the step-by-step asks you to enter an amount you will pay with the extension.  It then ignores that number and prints an extension with a $0 payment.  

Error 2

I completed a Massachusetts tax return with state income of X and state tax of Y.  In the Pennsylvania section to get a credit for the tax paid to another state, it auto fills the Massachusetts income as $0.  But does correctly autofill the tax paid, Y.   Similarly for the NY tax return credit it lists random numbers for X and Y, it is unclear where it is pulling these numbers from.
