Can you fix RenoVert (TP1029RV) 2018 verification step bug?

I filled the form for Quebec RenoVert credit (TP1029.RV) in TurboTax 2018.

The renovation contract date entered is 01/09/2018 (September 2018).

On the form itself, it clearly mentions the valid date range for contract must be between 17/3/2016 and 1/4/2019; so September 2018 falls well in the allowed range.

During the TurboTax Revision process , the software complains that the contract date is invalid, the valid date range should be 3/17/2016 to 1/4/2018.

Clearly, the software was poorly updated for 2018.
