Previous year Turbotax not opening, asking for an activation code. case# [phone number removed]

Hi there,

I am not comfortable sharing laptop screen. Please help me and give me activation code for Turbo tax year 2020 and 2022 (bought from Walmart), as only these two years are not opening on my laptop. I am filing with Turbo tax since 2014, every other year Turbo tax is opening fine.

Please I need your urgent attention, as I have to file 2022 taxes for my teenage son.

Can you please help me urgently. Thanks
