Prior returns missing

I have filed a number of prior years taxes through Turbotax, but when logging in to my same account now, none of them appear in the prior return section. It is blank. I have tried logging into a completed year, it just puts me at 2024 return. They are the only copies I have. How do I access them now?

Do you have more than one TurboTax account? Maybe with a different email address? If so, your returns may be in a different one than the one you are logged into.
