I am completely fed up and want a refund for my purchase price. I bought the Turbotax Premier desktop version February 16 2025 online directly from you and have not been able to complete or file any of our returns. The software won’t let me send even a basic return with only employment income and blocks the Quebec provincial filing as well. I clicked the link in the purchase confirmation email to get a refund and it just brings me to the community with no results found! This is not support. Kindly advise as to how to get an immediate refund for my full purchase price of $103.48 credited to my card.
Are you using any of these forms for your provincial return?
These forms are still locked by CRA & RQ and not finalized yet. Please refer to this link Why does TurboTax say my forms are locked or haven't been finalized?
We do not have any ETA on this yet, but as soon as these forms get finalized, we will be updating them in TurboTax.
