Hi, even after updating my Turbotax today the entire program is locked. It has been activated and I am using the Software/Installed version.
I import my interview info from last year and then can't do anything else, there are lock icons beside everything. Is this something that's going to be fixed in a coming update or a software/installation issue?
Please try clicking on the "Continue" button in the bottom right until you reach the "Income & Expenses" section. Everything should unlock at that point.
