RBC TurboTax Discount

I am an RBC client and went to the RBC site at;

https://www.rbcroyalbank.com/onlinebanking/taxtime/

It states that I can save 20% when I file with TurboTax online.  I hit the Go To TurboTax link and filed my income tax.  When I was finished I noticed that my total fee was not reduced by 20% so I contacted RBC before I finished paying.  They informed me that I would get the 20% off after I pay.  When I paid the 20% did not come off the total.

As per your file your discount request has been accepted and processed. Depending on the bank it may take 4-6 weeks to be returned to the original way of purchase.
