16 Digit Activation Code for TurboTax 2021 Deluxe

I had to replace my motherboard  on my desktop computer and now I am trying to access my TurboTax 2021 Deluxe and, of course, it is requesting the 16-digit activation code.

I purchased the CD from Amazon.  I have found all of my TurboTax CDs all the way back to 2011.  The only one missing is 2021.  Big bummer!

Fortunately, I did install the TT2021 on my notebook computer and it opens just fine.  Is there some way for me to ascertain the activation code from that notebook computer?

If not, any other ideas how I can find the activation code?
