activation code not working

I received an email saying that my turbo tax was ready to download. The istallation key was included which consists of 21 numbers.  The program is asking for a 16 digit installation code, so the one that came with the email will not work. Please advise. Thank you

my code won't work. I completed my taxes and put my code in and it redirected me to another spot and said wrong code. I purchased deluxe online edition from costco.......help

Did you activate your code before starting  your income tax return? You would have had to go to turbotax.ca/activate.
