If the gain/loss totals of all T5008 is a loss, then the box 21 totals of all T3 forms is not entered in line 68140 of form T936. This causes CRA NETFILE to generate an error code of #95365 and the NETFILE submission is not accepted.

I noticed something weird on April 9: the error 95365 still occurs (total of capital gains on box 21 of T3's does not carry to line 68140 on Chart A of T9365), but when I start a totally new return, the error does not occur. Does this mean the bug fix works only on new returns but not on existing returns? I would rather not start a return from scratch again.
