Climate Action Incentive

I am not able to take out the Climate Action Incentive from our tax report. If I check out the box in Annex 14 for my spouse, it shows back in my Annex 14 and so on. We are situated in a region that should not have access the the credit. How can I fix this?

Thank you for choosing TurboTax. Please review your Province of residence that was selected at the beginning.  TurboTax will calculate the correct Climate Action Incentive once the correct Province is selected.
