code # 95365 how to fix this?

Sorry to hear about your situation. I'm waiting to revise my wife's return until after I receive her Notice of Assessment from CRA.  Then it shouldn't be too difficult to do via her MyCRA account. Another option might be to use the "Change Return" feature in Turbo Tax, but my confidence in TurboTax has taken abit of a hit.

@blgcan "but my confidence in TurboTax has taken abit of a hit". Yes, me too. To get the confidence back, I heard a rumour that if you buy the boxed version next year, it will come with a roll of duct tape so that you can fix the software yourself.

I’m with you.  I was able to file my wife’s return by dividing a joint T3 into 2 individual ones, Instead of having the Turbo Tax software do what it was supposed to do.  But I’m still stuck waiting for a NOA so that I can correct my own incorrectly filed return.

Turbo Tax needs to be reimbursing us for a poor product.  AndI think that they’d be getting off easy at that…if I were able to charge l them for the time wasted on this it would be 10x the amount of the software license.  Ando continuously saying that they are aware of the problem and thanking us for our patience when they provide no ETA for resolution is simply unacceptable.   If they don’t get their act together and resolve this properly from a customer perspective, I won’t be using them again.

Just adding my voice as another user waiting for this issue to be fixed. In my case, a whole $48.14 of capital gains holding up a 5K refund. Also not interested in a workaround - that's just a short term solution possibly leading to an audit in the future.

I agree,

I am a single filer and all the recommendations has not fixed the problem regarding this error

This issue appears to affect people in different ways. Turbotax correctly divided the Other Income and Foreign Non-business income on my T3 50/50 but the capital gains are entered 100% on my return. Line 68140 is correct with half in my return and half in my spouse's. I didn't realize this issue was so prevalent until my Netfile attempt failed. I waited forever for my T3 to arrive and now that I have it, I still can't file. Very annoying!

Thank you for your feedback. We are aware of this issue, and working with the CRA on a resolution.

We appreciate your patience.

Great news, everyone! I have hired a monkey to click the Check for Updates button in the desktop version once an hour for me. It's only costing me a few bananas.

I just discovered something that may be helpful to the team working on resolving this issue.  I re-started my tax form and downloaded the information from the CRA site again.   Line 68140 on the T936 form was populated accurately showing the total of line 21 of the T3 slips .  But... after completing the T5008 information and a loss was calculated,  the information on line 68140 disappeared.   Line 1 of Chart A on the T936 form correctly identified the loss and the total for the "additional investment income" was 0 but Netfile was rejected because of line 68140 not reflecting the total from the T3 slips.  Please resolve this issue.

@anne68 TurboTax should put you on their payroll. But your talent is probably too expensive for them.
