Each time I attempt to start TurboTax Premier, I'm asked to re-enter the license code. I do so, and receive "Error 620 - We're having trouble at our end. Please try again later." This has happened several times, and I can't complete my taxes until I can re-enter TT.
If you have TurboTax Online you can clear your cash and delete cookies. Also, try refreshing your browser and even try using a different browser.
