Hey, Error code 31 means the information sent to CRA doesn't match the info currently on record with Service Canada. Please double check all the information (eg: Name, sin, address) to make sure it matches with what CRA has on their record. Also if this is your first time filing a return in Canada, you may need to print and mail your return.
