That message does pop up before payment. But when called, your reps said it would be resolved by March 5. And it's not. So, it's still a lie and we still paid for a product we aren't getting.

You can quit blameshifting now. Even if people missed that warning, the 5th was given as a hard date to several callers.

Really getting tired of reading that. I guess TT didn't learn from its mistakes last year with forms. March 21st 2025 it was finally fixed. If this is working on desktop, why not give the online users access to the desktop.

@goober_007  were you able to file with either forms that are currently locked ?  I contacted a few companies like H&R block and two accounting offices today and they said T777 or business expenses (CCA) forms were locked from CRA 

I will use Ufile if you can confirm this

Why do you treat Online customers as lesser than the Desktop ones? Shouldn't your product be updated across all platforms at the same time? Also, March 5th has come and gone, yet nothing for the Online customers of TurboTax. Now you're saying March 7th? What happens if that date passes without any resolve? What will be the new moved goalpost then?

I too paid for this product, just to be told that I can't file. This bait and switch is really unethical, as is your gaslighting of deadlines that pass without any working solution. This is a new low for Intuit and I hope you realize the trust you've shattered in your customers over this nonsense. You probably won't though.

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, please update it. All TTD forms are available except for the TP-726.7.

The TurboTax Online (DIY) version has also been updated, with the exception of form TP-726.7.

@user17727124296 Try clearing cookies and cache or a different browser. As all the forms are unlocked in TurboTax Online (DIY) except for form TP-726.7
