Forms request missing

Could you tell me which form is not of date please.

It seems to be from the Quebec forms because federal is okay.

@user17734217330 The only locked form we have is TP726.7 Capital Gains Deduction on Qualified Property.

I do not need this form. cleared and tried to remove unused forms. hoverer it is not being removed. any workaround to remove the unnecessary forms that is marked DRAFT? again, i do not need this form but cannot remove it

Go into Forms mode and look to see if any forms that you don't need are open. If you do see one that you don't need, choose Edit > Forms > Clear Current Form, then Edit > Forms > Close Unused Forms to get rid of it.
