Having rental income on two properties-one c0-owned, another one owned 100%

Hi, I have  one rental properties co-owned with my sister (property A)

This year I need to claim a rental income on another property (property B) that I own 100%. I don't want to claim CCA on the property B, but the software automatically increases CCA on the property A to offset a rental income that I would need to report on  the property B, and that is not what I would like to go with. Pls. note that I did use two different rental forms for each property. Thanks for the help
