Help

Why does no one from Intuit Turbotax seem to be answering the questions here?  I am still getting the "puppy" message and can't access my return I started.  I noticed that someone else posted about the same issue.  I got it for 3 days at home so thought it might be my computer.  Trying today from work computer and having the same issue.

TurboTax Live

TurboTax Online - Assist & Review

If you're using a TurboTax Live Assist & Review product, there are several ways to reach out for help:

  1. You can contact a TurboTax Live expert by logging into your TurboTax account, then selecting Live Help
  2. You can request a review call within your return by going to the Review section in TurboTax

TurboTax CD/Download - Assist & Review

If you've purchased the Assist & Review service, you can access it by selecting the Expert Help icon, then select Book Appointment or Request a Callback.

Audit Defence

Contact us from your product

From your TurboTax Online account, first navigate to the return manager section. Once there, select your filed return, then navigate to Audit Defence section and select the button for Audit Defence.

 

If you're using a CD/download version of TurboTax, locate the side menu and select the option for Review, then scroll down to select Audit Defence. From there, you can choose to arrange a callback or schedule an appointment with a tax expert.
