@Robert 1964 Can you be more specific on the TurboTax product are you using? Is it Full Service or Assist & Review? 

 

For Full Service, you can have access to an expert by chat or book an appointment in the software. For Assist & Review, you can book an appointment in the software.

 

Starting Monday February 24th, we're available 7 days a week during these hours:

 

• 9 AM to midnight ET for English support
• 9 AM to 9 PM ET for French support

 

At this moment, we are closed on the weekends for now.

How do I contact you

Hello, By mistake, I've paid twice for your Turbotax Premier Online 2024. Receipt Order No. is TTWND288743251, Another one is:TTWND288684630. I've paid by my Mastercad. Totalc$180.80.

Actually I netfiled once to CRA for myself and my spouse. I've paid C$90.40 in the begining of Turbotax use, but I realized at the very end of Turbotax you request the payment. Without the pay,

How do I contact you

I've been a customer for over 5 years. Today, I went to Walmart here in Toronto Today March 15, 2025, and TurboTax costs 20 Canadian dollars, or 40 Canadian dollars if it's premium. It's not right that just because I'm a customer, you want to charge 60 dollars or more. You can either put the correct price like Walmart, or I'll go to the competition and forget about you. What do you decide? It's not right to play games like this with customers who have been loyal for years."

I use TurboTax every year and this year it won't allow me to Netfile and I can't find any mistakes and I can't print it out. It just comes up say whose information do you want to save and print. It gies straight to print now or save and print later.  I am very upset by this, I paid for this service.
