How to fix Error Code 352 for netfile

I am a returning resident. I filled the date of entry in the profile. Code 352 refers to prorated provincial personal amount and required me to fix line 58040. I tried to enter the  date in the moving from other province or territory to fix it (before I left it blank as I am a returning resident rather than moving from other provinces. However, either leaving it blank or enter a date of entry doesn't fix the problem. I still got the Error code# 352.

CRA does not accept netfile.

The 352 NETFILE error code is often provided when your basic personal amount (line 5804), doesn't match the maximum allowable amount. If you correct this amount in the box, the error should go away. If the problem persists, I'd suggest contacting the CRA directly.
