how to reactivate after maximum activations

The installation on my old MAC is not accessible since VM from my old MAC cannot be execute on the new one because of ARM CPU.

TurboTax downloads are not compatible with Mac devices. That's why it won't install. 

Turbotax Online versions are compatible with Mac.

I am using virtual PC on MAC it as like a PC and it work.

Let say my PC crash 3 times and I have reinstall each time. How can I activate Turbo tax the 4th time?

Forget about the VM and MAC  I deal with it.

The question is simply, how can I activate the program Turbotax after the 3 activations.  I only send 3 taxes reports with this license, but I need to re-install it for the 4th time on the same PC.

3 activations total. It will not activate a 4th time.

You should add a Deactivation function in your software, so your customer we be able to transfer their previous Years program to a new PC. Or you should add the ability to read (not import) the previous year with the current version of program. ie read the 2021 taxes with the 2023 TurboTax program.
