    I am using Turbotax for the first time. I have different self-employment incomes (Uber, instacart, and Amazon Flex) I did not get HST-GST for all, how would I file taxes

    I want to make sure I am filing personal taxes and GST/HST while claiming all the available benefits.

    You can't file a GST/HST return using TurboTax. This CRA page tells you all the ways to can file a GST/HST return:
