I made a payment but the screen didnt accept it and my bank took the money

Please try clearing cookies' cache and try a different browser and then try to make a payment.

If issue persists, We suggest you to contact our Product support team. They have access to tools we don't have here in Community, like screenshare, and help you to resolve the issue.
