    I purchased the software from Costco. I have a code but can't find out where to enter it. Can someone help me find that screen?

    I'm logged in and I can find all the info from previous years, but I don't get the prompt to enter my new software.

    Can you please confirm if you purchased TurboTax Online or does it say TurboTax CD/ Download?
