CRA Autofill is available. Please make sure that slips you are trying to import are reported to CRA already and they have them available to import. Make sure to log into your CRA My Account to import the required T-slips. Also We would suggest trying a different browser.
If issue persists please call CRA to confirm.

I called CRA and apparently they were having issues loading tax slips into their system. They told me to wait a few days and will be resolved.
