What does it mean when you’ve finished your taxes and tried to submit them but it only says “in progress”?

how do I file?  Do I need to start over again?

Netfile isn't available until February 24, 2020 for the 2019 tax year.  Probably why it's saying "in progress"

If you saved your file, you can wait until the 24th and try to submit it again.
